What we look for
We're a small, early-stage lab, so we look for people comfortable with ambiguity and open-source work — researchers and engineers who care about low-resource NLP, and community builders who can carry that work into classrooms, cohorts, and contributor communities. Most of what we build is developed in the open, not behind a closed roadmap.
