These Terms & Conditions explain how Goobo Labs works with clients, partners, and the community. They are written in plain language so it's clear what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you when we work together.
You're welcome to browse this site, learn about our work, and share public pages. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to break security, or copy brand assets, layouts, or code for commercial use without written permission.
Every client project is governed by a separate proposal or statement of work (SOW). If there is any conflict between this page and a signed SOW, the SOW wins. This page describes our general posture and shouldn't be treated as a contract for a specific project.
Unless a project agreement says otherwise, clients own the final deliverables we build for them, and Goobo Labs retains ownership of our internal tooling, libraries, starter kits, and processes. We may reuse generic patterns that don't expose a client's confidential information.
We contribute actively to open source. When a project is explicitly scoped as open source, it will be released under a suitable license (for example MIT or Apache-2.0). Otherwise, client work is private by default.
This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date, but details can change as we iterate on our products, services, and processes.
